Reservations

Advanced booking before arrival is recommended to secure the preferred date and time of treatment during the spa’s daily opening hours from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m .

Check-In

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. While we strive to accommodate late arrivals, please note that the length of service may be adjusted to avoid disruption to scheduled appointments. The full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Spa Promotions

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions, or gift certificates.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full. Extensions of scheduled appointments will not be granted out of courtesy to other guests.

Gift Certificates

Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the gift certificate value. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the value of the Gift Certificate. Gift certificates expire 6 month’s validity from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.

No Shows

Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment booked.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

50% down payment. We accept cash, debit cards, and mobile money only. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations

– Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
– Less than 2 hours : 100% charge of the service value.

– Appointments made with only a 24 hour notice and need to cancel must be done at least 4 hours ahead of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– Multiple services, group appointments, or spa treatment packages must be held with a 50% -100% deposit . Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

– Spa parties of 4 persons or more must cancel 48 hours before the scheduled spa party to avoid being charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Clients are encouraged to inquire about pricing and available services when booking appointments. Spa services already rendered cannot be refunded.

Series of Treatments

We are unable to process returns or reimburse payment transactions on any spa treatment series purchased. However, we will exchange them for products or spa credit of equal or lesser value.

Return Policy

Defective spa products purchased for home use can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. For cash refunds, returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Gift certificates and rendered spa services are final sales and cannot be refunded.
